Questions For Self-Discovery From A Human Process Lab

by | Oct 23, 2024

During the Basic Human Process Lab at Indian Society For Applied Behaviour Science – ISABS, I encountered several profound questions for self-discovery. This 5-day program, held at Yatri Niwas, Sewagram, Wardha, was deeply introspective and provided a unique space for self-exploration. It offered insights into my behaviour, communication, and role in a larger system, allowing me to reflect on how I interact with others and navigate my environment.

I found it beneficial to arrive 5 minutes earlier to the Mehfil before it turned into not-so-musical discussions among a group of 10 random people and two members from the ISABS team. This time allowed me to center myself and absorb the atmosphere, preparing me for meaningful interactions.
